One of the most common slogans chanted by Palestinian supporters is the infamous “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free”. This chant has been heard on the streets of many Western cities and now even classrooms within our society. While many who engage in this sloganeering may think it is a generic call for Palestinian human rights, the origins and intentions of this phrase are genocidal in nature.
For the West to reach its maximum potential it needs India as a strong ally. Conversely, for India to reach its full potential it needs strong ties with the West and the rest of the free world. That is what makes the current tension so frustrating to watch.
Parents are not going to stop caring about their children anytime soon, and when there are threats that they might lose said children for ideological reasons there is bound to be tension. Canada has a bad history of taking children out of the homes of their parents for having a different outlook on life than the Canadian establishment.
Until their July 11th Twitter thread no one would imagine that anyone outside of a Hezbollah terror cell would describe the Islamic Republic as a ‘benevolent” democracy. Yet Hopkins “rethinking Iran” program did just that.

The new passport removed all references to Canadian history. Vimy Ridge, the fathers of confederation, the building of the Canadian Pacific Railway, and Terry Fox have all been removed in favour of generic nature scenes that look like they came out of a high school art class.
There are many words that could describe Terek Fatah, but the one that comes top of mind to me is fearless. The man was absolutely fearless in the face of controversy. He was always a thorn in the side of religious extremists accumulating more death threats than most people get birthday wishes.
According to Beheshti, he does not think he will have the energy to be able to speak in the coming weeks. But talking to Beheshti he is committed to seeing this through to the end. In his own words, “This is a one-way street.” He will not eat again unless the IRGC is listed as a terrorist organization.
The proposal would temporarily turn any business hosting a drag show into a “2SLGBTQI+ community safety zone” which would prohibit anyone from engaging in hate speech within a 100 meter radius. The bill would follow what is acceptable within the current criminal code, which sounds reasonable, but Ontario law is not very libertarian on the issue.
