A new set of polls came out from Mainstreet Research, regarding both insights into the dynamics of the next federal election, as well as Canadians’ attitudes about such things as the taxpayer funding of the CBC.
Recently, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau unveiled the Liberals’ plans to curb inflation in Canada, but one obvious issue with what was presented was that it all supposedly requires a lot more government spending in order to “make life more affordable.”
The poll was conducted explicitly stating that it would be “Pierre Poilievre’s Conservative Party” which members of the legacy media have been predicting would hurt the CPC’s chances in an election, and in spite of that, the CPC has an 11.9 percent lead over the Liberals.
In spite of Justin Trudeau going on a national charm offensive, meeting world leaders to discuss new “Green” energy initiatives, and proposing new measures to reduce inflation (which to nobody’s surprise involves massive spending), his popularity ratings are still limping along at their lowest levels.
You almost cannot blame people for breaking out into an outburst of rage when a politician like Chrystia Freeland is trying to stop Canadian farmers from using the amount of fertilizer they need to maintain their output of food, and she won’t even explain the policy when asked about it. Freeland just pretends she isn’t undermining the production of Canadian agriculture, and arrogantly ignores reporters who ask her about it.
Right now all signs are pointing to an autumn divorce for Justin and Jagmeet who might not be able to make it a full year as a couple, but at least they made it longer than Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries.
It seems like Doug Ford is acting as Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s attack dog against the Freedom Convoy after Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson weakened against the convoy and called for the federal government to engage in negotiations with the convoy organizers.
This is a wake-up call to Eastern Canadians. They have to decide whether they are really enviro-radicals who wish to significantly lower their standards of living and simply have oil and gas production shift overseas, or if they will recognize that a modern economy needs cheap and efficient energy to operate.
Add another item to your list of; did Justin Trudeau really think he could get away with that? Serial blackface performances, sexually assaulting female reporters, multiple ethic violations, and all the rest. Now add surfing in Tofino while lying about being in Ottawa on the first-ever Truth and Reconciliation day.
Ten years ago if you heard someone talking about the war on Christianity, it was a likely indicator of potential radicalism and or conspiratorial thinking. However, with dozens of churches going up in flames across the country and the tacit acceptance from the political establishment, the message is clear to the Christians of Canada: you are not as important as other groups.
