The Lia Thomas saga has taken centre stage in the culture wars as the transgender swimmer has smashed the NCAA record for women’s swimming. No one you would meet after you get in a time machine and go to 2008 would need an explanation as to why this is deeply unfair to female athletes, but since the rapid adoption of modern gender theory, this has become a contentious issue.
To both restrain governmental power and to try and repair our society from what felt like a two-year-long social experiment, it is vital that the use of vaccine mandates be banned in the future. Civil liberties and civil cohesion are more important than medical bureaucrats’ opinions on what people should do with their own bodies.
A spokesman for the recent Freedom Convoy protest in Canada, Benjamin Dichter, was just announced as a speaker at the upcoming, 2022 Bitcoin Conference in Miami Beach Florida. Dichter is a fairly late-breaking addition to the speaking lineup, considering the conference starts April 6th and runs to the 9th, taking in Miami Beach Florida.
As history has shown, when Conservatives have a leader who proudly promotes conservative ideas in a clear and positive way, they win. When they put up a Brown/Charest as the leader who spends more time attacking their base based on fictional polls, they lose.
One issue that always plagues Conservative Party leadership races in the past has been the candidates’ lack of courage to take hard stances on issues. Every candidate with a significant chance of winning is always hedging on their positions or promising the liberal legacy media that they will not take stands on ‘controversial’ issues.
Kronas has started a petition demanding that Bill 67 be voted down, the radical sex-ed and gender theory curriculum the PC government failed to dismantle be finally scrapped, and for merit and equality of opportunity to be valued in the education system instead of equity (ie. equality of outcome).
First, as a movie the Kashmir Files is excellent, 9/10 I highly recommend watching it. What makes the movie work is that it does not pull any punches. This movie is not a “Hindus good, Muslims bad” diatribe. What the film does so well in terms of commentary is that it covers every aspect of evil and its enablers and does not leave the Kashmiri Pandit community out of it.
It was a moment none of us saw coming, where we, looking like a group of Aussies at the cricket, belted out our chants for freedom, and then sung the national anthem with the gusto of prisoners who were momentarily free. And them pondering what to do.
At every turn, the government pushes the interests of activists instead of the interests of children and their parents.
At the start of the Freedom Convoy, Andy Lee was one of the rising stars of Canadian independent media with a Twitter following of thirty thousand strong and growing. However, on February 12th, 2022, her Twitter account was permanently suspended without any reason or offending Tweets being presented. She still has not been granted an appeal by Twitter.
