Judge Who Denied Tamara Lich Bail Is A Former Liberal Candidate and Donor

Written By Wyatt Claypool, Posted on February 23, 2022

After having her bail hearing delayed over the long weekend Tamara Lich on Tuesday morning was denied bail and is being kept in prison presumably until she is tried for “counseling to commit mischief.”

Justice Julie Bourgeois stated in Lich’s bail hearing that:

I cannot be reassured that if I release you into the community that you will not reoffend…Your detention is necessary for the protection and safety of the public.

This is a ridiculous thing for a judge to say. Lich is basically charged with organizing a lawful protest that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau did not like, and Justice Bourgeois is treating her like a violent criminal that cannot be trusted outside of prison until a trial takes place.

The National Telegraph noted how the ANTIFA thug who ran over convoy supporters in Winnipeg was granted bail, despite being violent, yet Lich has been kept in prison for organizing a peaceful protest that resulted in crime in downtown Ottawa being reduced by 90 percent.

Lich being denied bail is not surprising knowing that Justice Bourgeois is a Liberal Party donor and former federal Liberal candidate.

Bourgeois ran against former Conservative MP Pierre Lemieux in the riding of Glengarry—Prescott—Russell in 2011 and even had Justin Trudeau record an endorsement video for her in 2009 when she became the Liberal nominee for the riding.

In a video from Bourgeois campaign in 2009 to become the Liberal nominee, she said that “in my scale of values people come before money” which comes across quite ironic now as protesters were arrested in part because they were supposedly hurting businesses in Ottawa, despite the municipal government ordering business around the Freedom Convoy protest to close.

Not only did she once run for the Liberals and receive and have Trudeau cut her a special endorsement video, but she has also donated almost $10,000 to the Liberal Part over the past decade.

Clearly Justice Bourgeois should have recused herself from making any decision related to the Freedom Convoy and arrests made related to the Emergencies Act. She has a strong personal bias towards both the Liberal Party and Justin Trudeau and cannot be trusted to decide fairly in a case that involves those who oppose the Trudeau government’s COVID-19 policy.

There was no reason for Lich to be denied bail, especially for the reason of “public safety” but Bourgeois seems to be playing defense for the Liberal government, generating bad press for the Freedom Convoy by using her authority to try and smear Tamara Lich as dangerous and keeping her behind bars.

The Freedom Convoy has exposed the issue of political bias in Canada’s judiciary, and Justice Julie Bourgeois is a prime example of political bias influencing outcomes and corrupting justice.

We often talk about how depraved USA justice is meeker. Julie Burgeois has no conscience when it comes to justice. This is flagrant cronyism from Liberal supporters who do not want Canada united ever again.

It is really an atrocity that Ms. Lich is being held without due cause but her case shows once again how the pockets and threats of disassociation influence even those we trust to uphold the law. I hope the liberal supporters are seeing who it is they are supporting, namely a party who has tried to break the backs of the Canadian citizens who believe in fair and just judgement and the Constitution.
May this whole episode of our history wake us up, the Canadian citizens, and we become more diligent about who we pick for leaders of our country, our province and our home jurisdiction.
It seems we have become too complacent about and trusting blindly those who we thought were doing our bidding on the political field.
In addition we have seen our own media outlets printing and giving us false information.
Let this be a lesson of blindly following those with authority who don’t care about us but rather make brownie points with the THUGS OF POLITICS.
Hopefully all the separations that have been caused due to differences of opinion can be healed now that more of the truth about the virus and the vaccinations has come out.
May love and compaction return to our lives as we continue to battle in the struggle ahead of us.

Looks like a mistrial to me, because of a biased and compromised judge!

    The dirty bastards,

  6. Dozer says:

This is such a disgrace to the Justice system. This "judge" should be locked up for treason as well. The guy who drove through a crowd of protestors trying to kill as many as possible gets granted bail and Tamara is denied?? It’s time to rid the government and justice system of Liberals. Corruption is in their blood.

  7. Hazel-Jane Kalyn says:

Yes we must clean out our entire system, judges and all!

  8. BRYAN CHARLES says:

This judge should be charged with OBSTRUCTION of JUSTICE

By the way, how in the fuck did she get a spot on the bench ?
