During an interview on Tucker Carlson Tonight Freedom Convoy 2022 organizer and spokesperson Benjamin Dichter did a great job of focusing on the fundamental issues the convoy is meant to bring attention to.
Not only did Dichter highlight the issue of vaccine mandates undermining the constitutional freedoms of Canadians all over the country, but also why vaccinated Canadians, like himself, should be extremely worried about breaches in their privacy from the Arrivecan app.
The Arrivecan is a Canadian government phone application that Canadian travelers going through airports and over the border, including truckers, are required to verify their vaccine status with in order to pass.

Dichter explains his own experience using the app to Tucker and how it was explained to him that he did not even need his QR code scanned by Border guards because the app allowed them to monitor him approaching the border.
This demonstrates that Canada’s Liberal government and the provincial governments are not actually trying to get back to normal, and seem to be using COVID-19 vaccination in order to further breach the privacy of Canadians.
Nowhere in the Arrivecan app description on the Apple or Android app stores does it mention the ability for the app to track people who download it. Quite a serious oversight or deliberate omission.
Although unvaccinated Canadians are definitely the ones who are being discriminated against the most, vaccinated Canadians are being profoundly negatively affected due to the government tracking them with the vaccination verification software.
It demonstrates that the issue of draconian government COVID-19 policies does not end when you get vaccinated as the federal and provincial governments keep promising. They are still exploiting the pandemic, that has become effectively endemic, and more vaccinated Canadians need to realize they are in the same boat as unvaccinated Canadians; their rights have become privileges in the eyes of government officials.
A grassroots movement led by truckers—the working-class backbone of society—is leading the charge to reclaim freedom for all Canadians. Amazing!#TruckerConvoy2022#TruckersForFreedom2022 pic.twitter.com/hQT6TKhf2G

Privacy is something we are all entitled to and even if you don’t mind providing medical records to the government it should bother you that the government could have the ability in the future to track where you are at all times.
This is far more serious than many people probably first thought.

Canada WILL RISE!
It’s not biological science, like whether a virus is alive or not; it’s political science, like communism. The virus is just how it spreads. Alive or not, the Wuhan ‘flu’ has us all acting like Chinese communists. Pretty smart for a bit of agency, biological or political. In either case, it’s a parasite.
