After Death Threats from Pakistan Supporters, Activist’s Murder Ruled a Suicide

Written By Daniel Bordman, Posted on December 25, 2020

On Monday, December 21, the Baloch community was shocked to learn that prominent activist Karima Baloch’s body was found drowned at the Toronto harbourfront.

Despite Baloch’s body being found in high suspicious circumstances matching the Pakistani ISI’s MO for international assassinations, the police ruled it a suicide and not suspicious, and the media happily jumped on that narrative

An anonymous source within the Toronto police services with years of investigative experience told the National Telegraph that they and many other police officers don’t believe this was a suicide, and want the case to be given over to the homicide unit.

To them, this is just another example of political interference in the police department, which limits the capabilities of the police to enforce the law when concerns over political correctness are involved.

The National Telegraph’s sources have very good reason to doubt the initial report of suicide based on circumstances:

First, after coming to Canada as a refugee from Pakistani occupied Balochistan Karima has been subjected to a constant string of death threats for advocating for gender equality and freedom for her people. Both of these issues tend to draw the ire of the hardline pro-Pakistan instigators.  According to her family these threats still continued up until her death;

Second, Karima was a tireless activist who seemed to enjoy her newfound freedom for her and her family in Canada and lived her life with purpose;

And finally, the drowning of Baloch activists fits a pattern.  In April this year another Baloch activist, Sajid Hussain was drowned in Sweden.  Drowning is a good method of assassination as it leaves very little evidence for investigators to go with and can be made to look like suicide.

The current ruling by the police would be the equivalent of a famous Russian dissent and critic of Vladimir Putin dying from a mysterious untraceable poison and the police agencies ruling it a suicide.

Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny, who was poisoned by agents working on behalf of the Russian Federations.

Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny, who was poisoned by agents working on behalf of the Russian Federations.

In that case, no one would buy that, but here every mainstream media outlet outside of the Toronto Sun has bought this story hook, line, and sinker.

So how did this happen? To circle back to what our source said about political interference in the police force provides the most likely answer to this question.

If this was just a case of incompetence/stupidity from a few people within the department then the fact that there is some internal pressure being put on by some good cops and some external pressure from the protests and international media should have been enough to sway the police in the right direction.

The fact that they have not screamed political interference as I can think of a healthy amount of elected officials who would have no problems with pushing the ISI’s interests here in Canada.

We have already seen cases where the Toronto police have intentionally misled the public on sensitive political matters.

The most famous was the Danforth shooting, where evidence of weapons caches, trips to Pakistan, thousands of dollars going to mysterious Pakistani organizations and the shooter’s brother being found in a place with enough carfentanil to kill everyone in Canada multiple times was kept from the public.

Instead, the police just echoed the family’s baseless claim that it was all the fault of “mental illness” and no other motive was investigated.

A great account of all the information in the Danforth case can be seen here:

This murder should be very concerning to all freedom-loving Canadians who are proud of our countries record on refugees and human rights, which the multicultural Left loves to see itself as the defenders of “minorities”.

However, the problem with their simple worldview is that they split the world into two: minorities and white people.

While racism is evil, this simple outlook fails to recognize that there are minorities with minorities that are not under threat from White Supremacy, but rather the ethnic hatreds of their birth country.

If we truly want to be a place where all refugees are welcome and safe the Left needs to come to grips with the fact that evil comes in every colour and nationality.  Until that point Canada will be a safe haven for murderous regimes and their allies.

    Yes … our treasonous mainstream media which is now funded by our treasonous prime minister who cares more about his status with the CCP and Hillary Clinton and George Soros than he does about the people and society in Canada is prepared to cover up the murders of his own citizens in order to further the agendas of his Evil mentors … People in Canada need to wake up!!!
