The Daily Wire just might be the most important and impactful company in the history of the conservative movement. For too long conservatives in the West have been forced to endure the abuses of the talking heads of Hollywood and the legacy media. The near-total control of media messaging combined with the general passivity of most conservatives has resulted in corporate America feeling like it could ally itself with the far Left “woke” narrative.
Enter the Daily Wire, an online news platform founded by Ben Shapiro and Jeremy Boreing, to fight the culture war.
The Daily Wire started as a platform for online articles and daily video podcasts but has become so much more since they decided to expand into other aspects of American culture. The first major example of them fighting back was the “canceling” of Gina Carrano, one of the stars of the Mandalorian.
Gina was removed from Disney for a rather bland post about not dehumanizing your political opponents because that is what happened in the 1920s and 1930s Germany. Disney intentionally misinterpreted her anti-Holocaust stance as antisemitism and tried to remove her from the show. Up stepped Ben Shapiro and the Daily Wire to offer her work to star and produce her own movie at The Daily Wire.
In the past few years, The Daily Wire has made huge impacts in the culture war that seems to come from a two-pronged approach. First, you need to get the conservative counter-message into the culture. Take Daily Wire host, best-selling children’s LGBTQ author, and Gender Studies expert Matt Walsh as an example. His one simple question: what is a woman? Managed to embarrass all the gender studies “experts” on the Dr. Phil Show as they failed to answer such a simple question.
The simple question was so powerful that senator Marsha Blackburn posed it to prospective Supreme Court Justice nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson who infamously answered that she was incapable of determining what a woman is since she was not a biologist.
Sen. Marsha Blackburn: "Can you provide a definition for the word woman?"
Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson: "I can't… I'm not a biologist."

The second prong of the culture war is about fighting back. Companies have a history of bowing to a radical Left-wing mob counting on the fact that the general passivity of most conservatives would ignore their momentary burst of cowardice to diffuse the Leftist mob. Undoubtedly this is what Harry’s razors thought would happen when they denounced The Daily Wire and its readership.
After two Twitter users, one with literally two followers, took issue with Daily Wire host Micheal Knowles stating that there are two genders, Harry’s not only severed their advertising relationship with The Daily Wire, but publicly attacked them.
What Harry’s probably did not expect was that there would be serious pushback in the marketplace. Enter Jeremy’s Razors from Daily Wire “God King” Jeremy Boreing who sold 45,000 razor subscriptions with this massively viral and amazing ad:
The message from The Daily Wire is clear: if you attack everyday conservatives, we aren’t going to take it anymore. We are going to come for you where it hurts.
This is exactly what Disney is facing right now. After all their mergers with other major production companies, they probably felt pretty comfortable with their monopoly in children’s entertainment. That might be why they felt comfortable going along with the narrative of the few radical employees who are opposed to Governor Ron DeStantis’s bill that bans sexual and gender ideology lessons towards children in schools from kindergarten to grade 3.
After all, in the minds of Disney executives, who would dare challenge them when it comes to children’s content? Well, the Daily Wire has promised to pump at least $100 million into children’s content over the next 3 years with content set to start in spring 2023.
If The Daily Wire is successful in these endeavours it could send shock waves through corporate America. Imagine a world where conservatives aren’t scolded at every turn for holding views publicly that most people hold privately. This is what The Daily Wire is working towards, and at the outset it looks like they have a good shot at succeding.

There are actually 3 genders as there is a small percentage of people who have 2 genitalia, hermaphrodites but you are correct in saying that gender is biological and not how you want to be perceived
